Registration and Fees

Please pay attention

Registration is required to access the online conference.

Registration must be done online. It covers the 3 days of the conference (online access to the three plenary lectures, the plenary and parallel sessions). It is not possible to register for the days independently.

If you are not exempt from registration fees (please see the table below), payment of registration fees must accompany all registrations. Payment must be done before the registration deadline. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Several payment methods are possible (bank check, bank transfer, credit card, purchase order). No reimbursement possible in case of cancellation.

Whether you are exempt from registration fees or not (please see the table below) and whatever the method of payment chosen, the registration form (PDF and Word versions can be downloaded below) must be completed and transmetted to:
